Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or video showing the damage or misprint.
- Include your order number in your message.
Note: You do not need to return the damaged or misprinted item.
Custom & Personalized Items
All items are custom or personalized products and are final sale unless they arrive damaged or with a printing error.
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at TroveGalore@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence of the damage/misprint
Once we verify the issue, we’ll quickly send you a replacement or process your refund of item price excluding original shipping cost.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
